What the states mean
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Operational | The API answers and the database is reachable. The app, sign-in and workout sync work normally. |
| Outage | Part of the service is unavailable. Workouts from connected services are imported once it recovers — nothing is lost, the import resumes where it stopped. |
| Check failed | The browser received no answer. Usually the connection on your side, less often the network between you and the server. |
For partner integrations
The machine-readable check is https://podopechny.ru/status. The same address returns JSON with HTTP 200 while the service is healthy and 503 when it is not. No API key is required to call it.
This page simply renders that answer for a human reader. Use the JSON endpoint for automated monitoring.
If something is not working for you
If this page says the service is operational and your problem is still there, write to support@podopechny.ru. Include the date and time, the watch model and what exactly did not match — comparing the two sources is how the discrepancy gets found. Other contacts are on the support page.
